Summer Institute Registration

Participating in one Summer Institute is a requirement for graduation for all Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice Ed.D. students.

All Ed.D. students are required to participate in one Summer Institute to fulfill degree requirements for graduation. All activities will take place virtually via Zoom and Canvas.

If this is your second year or longer in the program and you have yet to meet the program requirement of participating in at least one Institute, you are required to participate in the 2025 Summer Institute to fulfill this graduation requirement.

Please note:

If this is your first year in the program and you have not completed RES 8100, Nature of Knowing: Introduction to Research Methods (prerequisite to FSC 8000), you must wait until your second year to participate in Summer Institute.
If you are a student in the Doctoral Completion Pathway (DCP), you are welcome to attend Summer Institute, but not required.

Registration for Summer Institute will open on Monday, March 31 and close on Sunday, May 11, 2025.
