Florida State-Approved Program Requirements

 

  • Transcripts from all schools attended
  • Current professional teaching certificate/license
  • Supervisor Recommendation Form from the applicant’s school or district demonstrating the applicant’s leadership potential and skills
  • Two most recent performance evaluations (signed by supervisor) or equivalent with obtained earnings of an “effective” or higher rating

Nevada State-Approved Program Requirements

 

  • Transcripts from all schools attended
  • Current professional teaching certificate/license
  • Employment verification letter demonstrating at least 3 years of teaching experience in accredited K-12 schools
