A veteran educator of over 30 years, Williams currently holds the position of Lead Faculty for the MS in College Student Affairs (CSA) at Nova Southeastern University. The NSU-CSA program is unique, as it is anchored in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Williams teaches courses in Conflict and Communications: The Human Factor, Mediation, and one of the two Practicum courses. Additionally, Dr. Williams teaches courses in Educational Assessment, Diversity and Ethics, and Arts Integration in the Elementary Curriculum, for the Fischler Academy. Further, Williams has been working closely with FCE&SCJ colleagues collaborating on research focused on high school females and empowering them through a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Arts (STEaM) curriculum. The research team has published findings and presented at conferences internationally in Bali, Indonesia and an upcoming conference in Honolulu, Hawaii.
