Program Highlights

  • Earn Your Masters in Less Than a Year – With flexible, individualized learning pathways in core courses, you’ll have your M.S. in Educational Leadership in as little as 9 months.
  • Virtual and Face-to-Face Field Experiences - Progress from observer to active practitioner throughout our program empowering you to practice skills you learn in your coursework.
  • One-on-one Virtual Simulations Progress into Face-to-Face Experiences - A hybrid artificial intelligence and human interaction platform allows you to practice and refine your skills before engaging in a real-world setting. Then, you will complete your face-to-face experiences in one of our partner districts under the supervision of practicing school leaders.
  • Internship - Develop and refine your leadership skills with your faculty supervisor during a 32-week, four course internship.
  • Field Project - Engage in a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) experience that builds across your internship. Propose an assessment-based solution to an educational challenge, then present your final culmination project to peers, faculty, and district leaders.
  • Summer Symposium Showcase - At the conclusion of the program, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your professional network at a week-long summer conference that brings together peers, faculty, and educational leaders. Attend sessions from wellness to school safety, including mock experiences. As a finale to the week, you will have the opportunity to showcase your field project in a conference setting.
  • Be Prepared for Qualifying Exams like the FELE and Praxis II
