Professional Interests
Maria Reid, Ph.D., received her doctorate and master’s degrees in developmental psychology and counseling at Florida International University. She is a Mental Health Counselor and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Justice and Human Services at NSU's Abraham S. Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice (FCE&SCJ), and also teaches at Broward College’s online school. Professional/clinical interests include working with the child and adolescent populations, anxiety/depression, stress management, and family counseling.
