Professional Interests

Julie Radlauer-Doerfler, M.S., is a Management Consultant with twenty years of experience in organizational development. Since the inception of the Ronik~Radlauer Group, Inc. she has been involved in various projects including strategic planning, assisting organizations through the accreditation process and teaching leadership. The Ronik~Radlauer Group, Inc. has worked extensively with the behavioral health system, the maternal child health system and within the Children’s Strategic Plan process. Furthermore, the Ronik~Radlauer Group provides extensive training and technical assistance to various organizations and systems in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Prior to her work with Ronik~Radlauer, she was a leader in behavioral health services as the Director of Youth and Family Services for the largest community mental health center in Broward County. This professional experience brought first-hand experience as a provider of services and an operational understanding of organizational development. In this capacity Radlauer had extensive experience hiring, supervising, managing, planning, grant writing and leading over 300 employees. Radlauer was one of the original authors for a large federal grant that brought in over 6 million dollars to Broward County.

Radlauer has been an integral part of the children’s system transformation that has occurred in Broward County. She has had extensive experience developing and working within systems of care for children both in the state of Florida as well as nationally. In Florida, Ms. Radlauer guided the clinical services of the children’s system in the successful implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound through the SAMHSA One Community Partnership grant. This work includes educating the local providers and funders about System of Care Values and Guiding Principles. She has been recognized as an expert in the Wraparound process and has presented on the national level. Additionally, the work done in Broward County has been recognized on a national level and Broward has been recognized as a successful grant site through SAMHSA. This success was mirrored in Miami-Dade County and Ms. Radlauer supported the Wraparound implementation in that community as well.

Radlauer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holds the following certifications: Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) Certification, Integrated Behavioral Family Therapy (IBFT), Autistic Behavioral Therapy Techniques Certification (ABA), Respite Care Certification, Specific Learning Disabilities Certificate, Certification as a High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator, Certified Coach of High Fidelity Wraparound, training in Six-Sigma, and training in Motivational Interviewing. Ms. Radlauer has also had research experience through the University of Washington, the University of Miami, Nova Southeastern University, and the University of Colorado.
