Obtaining Grades and Transcripts at NSU

Viewing Academic Record

You may view a copy of your academic record through Self-Service Banner (WebSTAR). After entering your NSU ID and PIN, click on: Student and Financial Aid, then Student Records, and finally Academic Record. If you do not have a PIN, one can be obtained by visiting NSU's Retrieve Your PIN form.

Obtaining Grades

When grades are posted, an email will be generated and sent to student's NSU email account requesting them to log in to Self-Service Banner (WebSTAR). This will require a 'PIN' number, which can be obtained by visiting NSU's Retrieve Your PIN form.

Requesting Official Academic Transcripts

You may request an official transcript through Self-Service Banner (WebSTAR). After entering your NSU ID and PIN, click on: Student and Financial Aid, then Student Records, and finally, Request Printed Official Transcript. This process allows you to request and pay for the transcript on-line. Generally, transcripts will be generated within one (1) business day of receiving your request. After you have made your request, you can also check on the status through the online system. If you do not have a PIN, one can be obtained by visiting NSU's Retrieve Your PIN form.

Viewing Holds

You may view any existing holds placed on your record through Self-Service Banner (WebSTAR). After entering your NSU ID and PIN, click on: Student and Financial Aid, then Student Records, and finally View Holds. If you do not have a PIN, one can be obtained by visiting NSU's Retrieve Your PIN form.
